A new problem with hqq.tv / netu.tv

I am a french user. I am trying, desperately, to download this streaming video : http://pokevision.eklablog.com/xy073-un-combat-a-la-mode-a118823782

I have tried the classics methods as IDM but it is not working. The software works fine on others websites but not this one.

I have catched the m3u8 : http://h36a7g.vkcache.com/secip/0/-vMMn80itP8KkQ6CTYtKjQ/NzguMjMxLjIxNS4yMDQ=/14542308...9fe2a.mp4.m3u8

I have used this command on ffmpeg : ffmpeg -user-agent "Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; rv:36.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/36.0" -i "http://h36a7g.vkcache.com/secip/0/-vMMn80itP8KkQ6CTYtKjQ/NzguMjMxLjIxNS4yMDQ=/1454230800/hls-vod-s4/flv/api/files/videos/2015/09/26/14432577979fe2a.mp4.m3u8" -c copy video.ts

But, I have this error message : HTTP error 404 not found. So, I have surely made a mistake but where ? I need your help please.
