    Hello.

    Intro, seekig while playing.
    ---------------------------------
When you seek a video you jump to the next "keyframe" unless some special options are selected (*).
That doesn't allow you to jump exactly where you want. Sometimes the accuracy could be as bad as several minutes.
And that problem can happen even without the (*) options.

    Encoding question ??
    -----------------------
Where is the mediacoder's option to define how often the reference keys are created?
Depending on the FPS chosen and other quality factors, mediacoder creates the framekeys at a fixed ratio of the time....
How can I change this behaviour?

(*) "jump to keyframe" in potplayer or "precise seeking disabled" in SMPlayer.
Choosing precise seeking has some drawbacks and sometimes doesn't work either, even if you try to define an exact amunt of seconds.
