    Hi. I'm new into the forum, and I am trying hard to get streaming URLs from Flash players that use the tough SWF, especially Flowplayer. I downloaded rtmpexplorer and rtmpdump, but I don't know how to use them or use programming. The link to the site is http://albaghdadia.com/live/livehigh. Please help me so I can extract links in the future from other players like Justin TV easily.
