HuffYUV Virtualdub 1.9.11 Windows 7

Greetings,

I've searched but haven't found the right combination.

New machine

Windows 7 Professional 64 bit

Trying to install HuffYUV 2.1.1 ( I believe this 32 bit )
With VirtualDUB 1.9.11 ( I believe this a 32 bit release )

I have tried multiple times:

clean the hard drive of all huff*.dll files,
log off and on
reboot after install

When I use the install on the inf, it does ask if I want to run the inf
Another screen ( small ) flashes very fast but I can't read what it is saying

No other files ( that I can tell ) have been changes after the install. back in the day, the registry files would update but this OS

Any suggestions would greatly appreciated. -David

I've read this post several times. I understood this person had huff running and was having problems with Lame ACM. The gem in post 3 didn't jump out and say this is a generic loader for inf files.

I must have used some different terms. It shows up on page 3 in a google search for me.
