  1. I've tried googling and everything but people just keep saying "codec codec codec" so I'll bite (even though I'm sure I have every codec possible) and graciously ask what is going wrong here. I'm trying to export a simple video from premiere pro, it goes through the entire process then just comes up saying "lolwut?" and doesn't convert my video. I'm taking it that this is a simple problem (cuz as we know, Adobe likes to complicate the simple things) and ask if there is any reason it will play a video but for some absurd reason not export it?

rather than a lame joke "lol wut?" the actual error message would be appropriate. unless you think this whole site is just a lulz and aren't really looking for help.

No, it's not a simple problem if you don't provide all the details.

What video codec are you exporting to for that error?
What is the exact error? You can take a screenshot.

I would try export to h264 in a mp4 or divx codec or xvid codec in an avi.

Actually, I believe the OP is trying to export to a format that can be used by AfterEffects. See here:

    https://forum.videohelp.com/threads/344808-Importing-from-APP-to-AE-why-is-it-all-black

But if you see the OP's tone in that thread, you will understand why those of us who could help him choose not to.
