Is this video from youtube impossible to download?

I'm trying to download this video for several hours:

In atube catcher, I ticked "bypass youtube IP country restriction", added proxy servers in my browser, installed a Firefox extension, searched websites to download youtube videos like detrul.com, saveyoutube.com, keepvid.com, keep-tube.com... I think the video is blocked in Brazil and in USA.

People there have many tricks with rtmp streams and may help with this copyrights issue too.
