    Convert to what?

    If you mean convert flash to standard dvd then try dvdflick. It has done a good job for me the few occasions I needed to convert flv to dvd.

    Yeah, you can convert it into any desired video format.
    Before you convert it, run mediainfo to know the quality of Flash files, before conversion.
