Imgburn doesn't support encrypted dvds. Use AnyDVD or the free DVDFAb Decrypter or the old DVDDecrypter(it doesn't support newer dvd-videos though).

I've seen worse. Check out this thread:

Granted the original poster joined in June 2007, but I would think that anyone who has made over 300 posts in less than 2 years would either already know the answer or be able to figure it out on his own, but nope. I made a very quick reply and exited the thread. It seems to either be a very bad joke (the poster may simply be curious to see how many people will continue to respond to this) or the original poster is an absolute idiot. I am unsure as to which.

I have noticed that we seem to have a good number of posters with infinite supplies of patience around here. I have seen people refuse to listen to what they've been told and demand (not ask, but demand) more help and get it. I'm not going to name names, but I have accused one forum regular of being a troll and I will no longer reply to his threads. A few people have also stated that they also suspect he's a troll, yet anytime he posts he's likely to get 6-12 helpful responses to his nonsense. I guess it says something good about the people here that so many are willing to help despite the wasted effort it is in some cases.
