Anyway on how to disable 1 of the audio and not the other as well?

If it's not possible, any converter to convert it to some other format so that VLC Player can plays it and select 1 of the audio?

Open the rmvb with rmmuxer and see if it's two tracks. If not it's probably a mixed stereo track.

I only see one audio stream. This makes sense since I don't think the rm container is designed for multiple audio streams. You are supposed to use scripting for multiple streams.

rm container can have multiple video and audio streams as it is a streaming format. If it is true rmvb, it will have one video and one audio stream
GUImux.exe is for muxing video stream from one file with audio from another. It will show all streams in a multistream file but will not work with it.
GUImergeSS.exe is for extracting one video and/or audio stream and muxing into rm/rmvb format from a multiple stream file.
In your case the file contains exactly one video and one audio stream. It does not have two audio streams. Maybe the audio stream is stereo with one channel in one language and the other in a second language.
