It seems when in IFO mode by chapter DVD Decrypter is not ripping all files. Example:
VTS_01
PGC 1
PGC 2
PGC 3
PGC 4
It only ripped the chapters in PGC2. Do I have to manually select the other PGCs or can I set Decrypter to automatically do this?
Any help would be grealty appreciated.

Yes, you have to manually select each pgc that you want to rip. By default, IFO mode will automatically select the largest pgc, which is usually the main movie set.

As MistaED said re: selecting the largest PGC.
One way around this is to use DVDDecrypter in commandline mode via a batch file. See https://forum.videohelp.com/viewtopic.php?p=1373527#1373527 for more info.If in doubt, Google it.
