I have used the to fit option.

How do you discribe the off sync? Is it out form the beginning? Are the files in the same VTS and the off sync occurs after the first asset?

There are 9 avi's that are all on seperate vts's and i used the fit option which meant they were encoded in half dvd mode.
All the avi's are in sync but the created S2D files start off a little out of sync and by the end they are lots ot ouf sync.

Spot on... Did you update the registry first? What about if you just try it on the file you sent me?

You don't need to use the avimux program.

Make sure you have the following registry:

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Badger I.T.\SVCD2DVD 2.0\FFMPEGASYNC

    with a value of 200
