Roku Express Clearance - Pay Only for Shipment

I have Roku Express in it's original box with US AC Adapter 110V and USB cable but without the HDMI cable that was included.
I have hardly used it because I used something better after I bought it. It can get a bit too warm or even hot in the Summer.
If any member from the USA is interested (Please PM me), you are welcome to have it. Pay only for the shipment cost from Israel to the USA. My estimate is about $US20. Payment for shipment is in Amazon Gift Card and only after you receive the parcel and making sure it is working fine.
