  1. Howdy! If this is the wrong section of the forum, I apologize--just let me know.

I've been using imgburn for years for my BDs and have never had this problem.

I burned two movie titles (folders) to a BD for the first time (I had only done single-title discs before this), and the chapters are not working for either movie. I'm sure the chapters are part of the files because I had previously burned one by itself and was able to use them.

Does anyone know why this may be?

    Thanks!

  2. Hoping this reply will bump this thread.

So, I figured the initial reason for the issue is because it's being read as a data disc by my BD player and the files are m2ts with mpeg2, which cannot hold chapters within the file; because it's having me go to the root folder and play the file directly, it's not reading the chapters.

However, I've recently started with mp4 (AVC), which CAN have chapters embedded. I tried putting the files directly on the disc and also creating an image. Still having the same issue either way, though.

    Any advice?

Can your player handle chapters? Check this first, maybe a firmware update can help.

    Yes. It's a regular Blu-ray player.

When I author discs with single titles, the player recognizes them, but it also goes directly to the movie, whereas a multi-title disc is being read as a Data Disc and goes to folder/file selection. So maybe there's the difference?
