Nope, I don't have a PS2 in my Desk. Just a PSone.
However they do make those VGA converters, and the new PStwo is pretty small...

Actually I haven't progressed much in the missions at all, I just like exploring and doing some side quests before actually going forth with the storyline. I can't wait to get in the country so I have some open roads to drop the hammer on. Lately I've still been hunting dealers for cash. They drop a lot of cash usually so if you want money early on look for them. I can drop one dead with one whack from a nightstick most of the time, or else get them on the ground for my finishing move
I just still can't believe how much is packed into that game. I'm guessing by how much I've run around and how much of the map I can look at that this one is about 3-4 times larger than Vice City. I'd actually compare it to the recreation of London in The Getaway but I think it's even bigger than that. Oooh, that should be the location for their next GTA. I think a Guy Ritchie-inspired GTA would be a lot of fun. You'd have to subtitle some of the language for us Americans thoughFB-DIMM are the real cause of global warming -

I bought my first safehouse! I picked up the one on the beach near the big pier for 30 large. I went exploring to see how far you could go on the map right away and surveyed property. Not much is available at first, just that house on the beach, a larger one on the top of the hill, and I think one downtown somewhere. There are a couple more out in the country that said they weren't available for purchase yet. With all the gates and fences you can hop and all that open land in the country I can only imagine how much stuff is hidden around
I also kept working out at the gym. My muscle is maxed and my stamina is getting there. I've also been working on my biking skill as I took a cop bike for my real estate journey. I've been hitting the gym before saving just to keep up on my strength and stamina. The bike builds stamina while the weights and bench build strength. I haven't been able to figure out the treadmill. I don't even think I'm going to go any further with the story until I look around a little more.FB-DIMM are the real cause of global warming -
Had to start over because daughter saved game while I was just goofing around killing everyone.
I am back to the "Tenpenny" missions, which is close to where I was when cheating got saved.
I did complete the 10 pimp missions, Denise is happy and bangs me everytime I take her home now, my approval rating is 53% or something. If you want to keep her happy, take her to eat at the Cluckin' Bell that's close by, after that she wants to dance at the dance club to the north, and when she wants to drive around, just keep her in the neighborhood and drive like you are going to the dance club and let her shoot some Ballas, she will have fun.
I also went to the airport last night, and I stole the jet and took off and was cruising around it around, going over parts of the map that I am not allowed to yet and I got shot down by fighter planesI need to steal one of those
I am still heavily involved in gang wars, but this time I'm a little smarter about it and I recruit fellow gang members to help me take over a hood. If you ask me this is the quickest, easiest way to gain money and weapons. I go save right after so I don't screw it up later.
I'm over $110,000 and strapped to the gills. -
I just got into the Badlands but haven't checked to see if I can get into any other cities. I went back home for Denise and now there are Ballas everywhere in Los Santos and it looks like turf wars are over for the time being. One thing to watch out for is that the safe houses out in the Badlands don't have garages so don't take your pimped-out ride out there as you'll have nowhere to leave it. I brought my modified Banshee out there to see how fast she could go but then lost it after saving in my safe house
Anyone else thing driving skill is tought to increase? My motorbike skill is maybe 40% now so that's cool, but it would be nice not to have to countersteer cars so much around corners at speed.FB-DIMM are the real cause of global warming -
I haven't found many garages anywhere other than at the first house. I have 4 of those racing bikes stored in there and a dune buggy.
I also think driving skill is tough to increase. You need to go to the driving school. There is one in the little town on the far left side of the map, halfway up, by the big airport looking thing on the map.
For those of you who don't know...when your weapons skill is fullup, you carry and fire 2 SMG's. -

Does the driving school open up when the Badlands do?
There are garages on the safehouses at Santa Maria Beach (the one I own) and also at a house on the top of the hill overlooking Los Santos. That one is wicked tough to get to so I don't see it being worth $120k. I need one out in the country so I can store my "highway vehicle", which was my loaded Banshee until I lost it. That way I can use the nitrous on the big highways between towns to get places quicker. I found a huge, adandoned farm out there for sale but it didn't look like it had any garagesFB-DIMM are the real cause of global warming -
The town with the driving school opens up when you are messing around with that chick robbing those 4 places. After you do those 4 missions and win a couple of races. When you win the 2nd race, instead of cash or a pink slip, the guy gives you a garage.
You go to that garage and the town is unlocked. Due west of your garage is a safe house (no garage) and the driving school is straight across the street to the south (I think).
By the way, one of the missions here is an absolute bitch. You have to shoot down RC planes before they can blow up some towersit sucks...actually I just suck with the gatlin gun that you have to use to shoot them down.

Well, at gamefaqs.com you can read written song lyrics, which is nice.
They also have tons of programmer codes there if you need them.
