Audio from VHS

How do I extract the audio from VHS tapes. I found the "How To" about audio from DVD, but not from VHS. I have a Sony VAIO and I also use Music Match.

You need a soundcard with Line-In and a RCA to 3.5mm plug(you can get at Radio Shack).Then use Audacity,Nero Wave Editor,etc to record analog.
If you have a laptop with USB you can use a converter such as Dazzle 80($70USD).

I also use Music Match.

The registered version of Music Match will work for line in recordings.
