  1. Hello,

I have Adobe Premier 6.0, I've been using it for a long time, and am getting pretty good with it.

What i'd really like to find out, is instead of Encoding the DV file to DVD with Tmpegc, can i Export in Premier straight to MPEG2 DVD Standard? How can i do this, and where can I download the files I need to do so?

    Thanks for your assistance,
    HamishT

I don't think Premiere 6 can do this natively. You could look at a couple of alternatives

    1. Frameserve out of Premiere to Tmpgenc using this tool http://www.debugmode.com/frameserver/

    2. Upgrade to Premiere 6.5 and get Mainconcept's encoder at a cheap price (US$49.00)

    3. Upgrade to Premiere Pro 1.5, which has the mainconcept encoder included
