    Hello,

Having just finished lunch (12:30pm est), I was wondering what your favorite meal of the day is. Is it breakfast, lunch, dinner?????

I guess mine would be dinner. It's the end of the day and it kind of symbolizes the portion of the day that's yours.

    Lunch

I don't eat breakfast so by 12 I'm starving. Lunch is there to revive my day.

I don't actually eat breakfast regularly either...but I eat breakfast foods all the time. There's nothing wrong with bacon, eggs, sausage, biscuits, and toast for supper....is there

Anyone cook eggs on the grill? Mmmmm, holy cow they are good.

Dinner. I don't eat breakfast except on weekends when I've been up for a while first. My stomach rejects food too early.

Lunch I associate too closely with work, so it doesn't excite me.

I eat breakfast at 5, then tuna sandwiches at 8, then meal replacement at 12, then fruit salad at 3 and steamed veg and a little chicken at 6 in the evening.
So at the moment eating has become a job more than a pleasure and I can honestly say I hate all food and all meal times because I never seem to be hungry anymore - all in the name of getting into shape(this better be worth it by next June

I rarely eat a meal per se. I graze all day and night.
A sandwich, a banana, a hand full of chips etc.
My lady is an executive professional and we
entertain quite often. As a gourmet cook, I am
constantly tasting the food. By the time I
have the meal complete, all I want is a smoke and
a beer. That is how I came upon grazing. This style
of eating has also let me lose quite a bit of weight
    without any concious effort

Not a bad idea. I am sure I am not the only grazer
in the forum. I have many friends and associates
who are involved in cooking. The majority of them
graze as well. It is a by-product of the cooking
process. A taste here, a nibble there and voila
your full. I tend to think it is a healthy thing.

Seems to be pretty much how humans are designed. no-one had mc donalds, pre packed sandwiches or a wristwatch back in the good old cave days.

I would like breakfast as the best meal, the begining of a new day having a cereal, a peace of toast and a mug of coffee.

My main meal of the day now have changed to lunch instead of dinner due to a family situation and I don't mind at all.

When I was working on a job, I got only half an hour for lunch and so busy.

Only a sandwich to eat and then back to work. In some cases no time for lunch on a demanding day

The main meal would be dinner on a working day.

Dinner. That's when I can relax take my time and enjoy the food. Other meals are usually on the go or it's just a break from some activity.
