    Okay downloaded SmartRipper.Inserted DVD.It comes up with message "No ASPI access to this drive" & says "No Keys found to this file".........I'm stuck!Tried CladMdec and it pulls out the Chapters and file length but when I hit start it doesn't appear to be doing anything.

    you have to play the original dvd with a software dvd player first (for a couple of secs), so the ripping proggie can get the key and unlock the drive.
