    Hola.

    When I convert an AVI movie in TMPGEnc to MPEG,
    I'm not getting any video, just audio.

    I can watch the AVI in Window Media Player just
    fine, but the conversion preview (and final product)
    just has audio.

    Any ideas?

    sounds like 1 of 2 things-
    Make sure system (vid+aud) is dotted AND run divfix and see if there are any bad frames at beginning

    AGH, still not working. Did what you said,
    and still no video. I tried other movies,
    and they worked fine. What the heck?

    Any more ideas?
