Making SVCD's. picture has lines going top to bottom but only on some capture's like Hercules on SCifi channel and charmed on WB and Robotech on DVD. No problem with Crusade or Babylon 5. Some times you see it on some thing Red I think it might be resizing the picture but not shore.
