Is it possible to capture a VHS video and convert it to VCD so playback on a large TV monitor (32"+) will be as good as the VHS orginal?
We are considering an ATI AIW 128 for video capture but want to make sure I can get the quality I want for the VCD.
thanks for any advice and sorry if this has been asked a 1000 times.
