  1. I want to convert my home-video to svcd with tmpgenc. I've used premiere 6.0 to create the avi-file. tmpgenc gives an error that the format (microsoft DV) is not supported. How can I use this file anyway or how can i directly stream from premiere to tmmpenc?

    Thanks for any hint!

  3. Sounds to me like you've got the "Pinnacle Problem". If that's the case, for whatever reason TMPGEnc does not support that AVI file. I would recommend you run your raw AVI through Premiere's MPEG-4 codec with deinterlacing along the way. I found that the new AVI file was welcomed by TMPGEnc.
