    Hi

    I have a Hauppauge WinTV PVR250 which works fine here in the UK, Can anyone plz tell me if I would be able to watch TV progs anywhere else in Europe (I.E the Netherlands) using this card.
    There is a sticker on the card which says "PAL-I" if this helps.

    what is the broadcast system in the netherlands.
    i know france is SECAM,if its that,nope it wont work.
    but if its PAL I it should do.
    i think it will,as i know that certain "dutch" dvds i procure are PAL,and some are PAL 60.
    and europe is region2,same as the UK,so i assume it will.

    the pc cards are ALL systems...unless that card is really old...but you have to check the settings for that.
