I'm only using this tool to remux parts of a DVD. E.g I use DVD decrypter to get 1 big MPEG file from a DVD-R then I break that file up into 4 with BBMpeg.
I'm just wondering would it affect the compatibility by changing the MPEG in any way apart from cropping it?? I notice real player and Windows media player take a long time to open the files that have been re muxed with BBMpeg although they play fine in Win DVD.
