Share Tv . . .?

I'm looking for some type of software that will allow me to share TV over my network. Here's what I've got. On my main machine I've got a TV wonder with a coax in from the back of my Satellite. I'm pretty much using the TV-Wonder as just a Video-In 'cause I control the stations and what not with the remote to the Satellite. I want to share it across the network, and specifically to my laptop via wireless.

So, here's the thing. I got thinking about this after hearing about ATI's Eazyshare software which will allow you to take that TV signal and rebroadcast it to other ATI cards on your network. Well, my laptop doesn't have ATI on it, so I'm hoping there's something else out there that will let me do this.
