Need help with real producer plus 10

hey
i have this problem..
after i encode finish.. i opened the file that i encode to find that sometimes the ending part of the clip doesn't have sound but the front has sound. this has happened to a few different clips already.there is nothing wrong with the main file.

there is also another problem. at times when i finish encoding i find that the front of the clip doesn't have sound.

does anyone knows how to fix this problem?
or do you guyz have a better software?

sometimes it buffers alot before continuing the clip
