Go where I want???? SVCD

Hi,

Let me start by saying that Ive read everything I can trying to find an answer but to no luck.

I have a APEX 500w. Ive burned a number of VCD,SVCD mp3s etc. and they all work great. When I do VCD's and SVCD's I always un-rar um, Then convert the bin/cue to .mpg with VCDgear then burn with NERO. My problem is that with SVCD's I cant fast foward them. I know, I know, I know this has been covered over and over here but I tried everything I read to try to correct this. I used VCDImagerGUI to convert the .mpg to .bin then tried to burn with both Nero and Fireburer. When I put the copy into my APEX it just spins for a few seconds then says no disk. Ive tried diffrent speeds and disks but no luck. Am I doing something wrong? If it hopeless doing the FF thing is there some way to be able to move to a certain part of a movie? Like say I want to go to 6minutes and 5seconds on the disk, is this possible?

My biggest problem is if im watching a movie and pause it, after about 5min my APEX will unpause it and eject the disk, you can see how this is a pain in the a$$.

Any help would be great.

I have the same problem.
If you use IAuthor you will not have the problem.
