    Hey all, I was wondering if someone would be kind enough to explain how to take my vcr tapes and convert them to vcd, I can't seem to find it on this site.

    Take a look under 'Capture' on the left. Basically:

    TV card/video capture card ->
    Virtual dub to caputre video ->
    normal VCD procedure
