Hello,

I have just purchased my first DVD Writer, a Pioneer 107.
I am using, DVD decrypter & Inter video DVD copy 2.

The problem is, when i back up a region 1 disc, its comes out in black and white with poor pix, on my son's region 2 toshiba player, but play's fine on my multi region pioneer. Do you think it could be a ntsc to pal issue? spec's on my son's toshiba say's its capable of playing ntsc, so i'm at a loss!

If it helps i'm using a dvd -r disk!

But what does it output? if the o/p is ntsc it could be the TV
Had this prob myself. it was the tv, try a swap!
