When capturing realy time mpg2 using Power VCR 2 what are the correct settings to use to creat compliant dvd video files that can be burnt directly to dvd-r media without the need to re-encode before burning?

Look over on the left at the "What is DVDR" guide. There's a chart that explains what resolutions / framerates are DVD-compliant. (Basically 720xNNN, 704xNNN or 352xNNN.)
