    I doubt there is a region hack that doesn't require a hardware chip solution and even then it will be region free and if you are lucky maybe PAL and NTSC capable but there will be no conversion.

    Play NTSC get NTSC output.

    Play PAL get PAL output.

    Try JVB DIGITAL as they sometimes carry hardware chips for such mods.
