I live in the US, but I have the need to convert some PAL VHS tapes. Can some of you who own PAL equipment recommend a good PAL VCR? My requirements are as follows:

Plays and outputs PAL (not PAL converted to NTSC)
Hi-fi stereo
Switching power supply (110v for US)
Hopefully S-video output

Does SVHS (super VHS) recording exist in PAL land?

Are there other concerns I should be aware of?

Can you recommend an online seller?

Is there a high end PAL (or dual format) VCR with built-in TBC?

Finally, will my capture card (Pinnacle PCTV Pro) capture in PAL?
