  1. LONDON (AP) - Judge Lord Hutton has ruled today that DVD+R is the superior format, a decision that is likely to give Prime Minister Tony Blair a boost in the polls and may spell disaster to the BBC.

"We did not sex-up any aspects of the now-infamous 'Minus' dossier, and bollocks to those chaps at the BBC who reported otherwise!" said a defiant Blair.

Calls to the BBC were not returned.

The scandal, which threatened to topple Blair's Labour Party, could have widespread effects in the UK economy. According to numbers from the researchers at dvdrhelp.com, as many as 72% of British citizens (proper) burn with DVD+R. The controversy threatened to wreak havoc, with rumors of Princoization running rampant on the streets of London. Lord Hutton's decision reinforces the government's argument that DVD-R is an inferior format designed to destabilize the current environment of readily-available, quality-controlled media.

The timing of the Minus dossier, a document that linked the justification to remove Saddam Hussein from power with the recent discovery of thousands of warehouses full of Princo discs in the UK, is widely believed to be purely political in nature and an attempt to discredit Blair. The BBC had reported that the Blair government had 'sexed-up' the dossier by estimating the total number of Princo discs to be in the millions, when intelligence obtained by the Cameroon government shows the actual number to be in the hundreds of thousands.

"We did not sex-up anything, nor were we in a position to even consider such activity," Blair said during a Parliament meeting in October. "DVD+R is the superior format. It doesn't take a bloody idiot to see this. By smuggling shite media into our country, our enemies threatened our ability to produce viable, working backups of our personal DVD material."

In another development, an unnamed source in the Ministry of Defence, speaking on the condition of anonymity, has hinted that military action is possible against the DVD Forum.

When asked if he had ever sexed anything up he replied

"I did sex my wife up once. I gave her the good lovin, but she was one of those minus users, so I had to let her go."

Of course, the liberals went absolutely ape-shit over the report. Seems like "their" version of the truth was shown to be the lie that it was (humm, sounds like a possible book: Liberal Liars and the Lies They Tell!).

They even lost one of their own (the BBC guy). Now only if we in the US could loose Captain Dan, the News Man, Peter "I-Never-Met-A-Lie-About-Conservatives-That-I-Wouldn't-Broadcast" Jennings, and Tommy "The Annoying" Brokaw. The world would be starting to be a better (and safer) place.

Buddha says that, while he may show you the way, only you can truly save yourself, proving once and for all that he's a lazy, fat bastard.

Shepard Smith is the only newsman in the bunch. The others are just news "readers".

Since Mr.Kay has made it clear that there were and are no WMD's in Iraq, how could the British intel reports be correct? How can you find proof of something that doesn't exist. Lord Hutton would appear to be just as un-informed as Mr.Bush.
