Aspect Ratio Blues

Hi, I am trying to convert a divx movie to mpeg2. The avi's aspect ratio is 4:3 but full screen, not letterboxed. When onverting with CCE I set avisynth filters for:

BiCubicResize(480,360)
AddBorders(0,60,0,60)
ConvertToYUY2

But with the letterbox bars the picture looks slightly squished. How do I set this up for full-screen with correct aspect ratio? Thanks

Do a minute test sample with settings such as this to start-
BiCubicResize(480,380)
AddBorders(0,50,0,50)
ConvertToYUY2

change the border size to smaller and remember to change it so it adds to 480 eg 50+50=100+380=480

Use FitCD and fix the problem quick and easy.

Fitcd is ok if you like added borders around to compensate for tv overscan but i rather do it the hard way and have my mpgs not resized smaller all round.
