    I own a pioneer DVR 106D and flashed it with the latest pioneer firmware(1.07).
    I have some difficulty with Arita DVD -RW, drive will not see the disc.
    My local computershop told me to flash with the latest firmware for the NEC 1300A(inside the same players so he said!).

    I do not seem to be able to get a confirmation of the above! Personally I think it is a tricky!

    Comments on this?

    But I tought maybe someone has experience with this kind of flashing!

    I believe they are different drives.

    Its a bit more complicated then I thought! For now I leave my drive in the 1.07 state!
