    What is the best TV card all in one (TV out/capture) for laptops??

    the best thing to do is to buy a Digital 8 or a DV camcorder with a video input and a I-link

    The camera will digitize the video and audio and send it via firewire.

    USB capture devices have bandwith limit problems.

    would this work for tv-out? This is mostly what i want it for. I dont have a camcorder, i just want to watch vcd's without having to burn them to cd's.

    I don't think so.

    Mine came with a video out but not a video in.

    The Digital Video Creator can do it as well as the Digital Video Creator 2. the DVC 50 and 80 cannot.
