Will the Canon xl1s shoot 24fps? Or are you limited to 29.97 for the NTSC version?

I have the GL2 with the identical "cinema-like frame movie mode" - I have not experimented with it much. -
I think it's NTSC framerate only. You'd have to convert it on a computer later when you master it. Why do you need source at 24 fps?

It would make it much easier to go to film if need be. I know the new Panasonics will shoot 24 fps.

I believe the Sony DSR series allows a couple framerate options as well. Dunno if the 150 has that option though.
