I could not get my SVCD's to join in TMPGEnc due to incompatible Mpeg's so I converted them to MPEG2 using Main Concept and then joined them and converted them to DVD. However when I converted them to DVD and attempted to use TMPG DVD Author to make the 2 folders it said the folder would be too big. It was around 6 GB I think. Now it makes sense to me that a two hour movie should be able to fit on one DVD. Please help I have been trying to learn how to do this for a couple of days and it is always one thing or another. I need guidance.

What was the bitrate of your final file? For a 2 hour movie to fit inside a 4.7 Gb DVD+/-R, the bitrate should be around 4 Mb/s.
