need app other then besweet that i can do this with a 5.1ac3

ok i converted a pal film over to ntsc. So i go and convert the 5.1 audio using the preset in Besweet (25 to 23.97 frames) and keep it at 5.1. My result just sounds aweful. It is from the conversion, as unchecked it sounds fine, but with it checked it sounds as if its playing through a pillow.
Is their any other app that will let me keep, but convert the 5.1 audio to a different frame rate. thanks again--

Manually do it with a combo of SoundForge and SoftEncode.

thanks for the info Lordsmurf,

but the problem is that soundforge (at least 6. something) will not open an ac3, or a 5.1 wav.
