Well guys I finally got it all done... Decided using avi's was way way too hard so I just went and got DVD clone for speed and writing engine and quality... Yeah I know Express is supposed to be highest quality but I can't see the diff.
Put in a DVD in the Plextor 708a 8x burner and it took about 12ish minutes to rip it to a file.
Slapped in a DVD+R and it took about 6.5 minutes to burn it...
Direct copy DVD all channels menus and everything...
OMG guys I don't even know what to say.
DVD clone said total processing time was 19:52 !!!!!! That is crazy fast!
Well off to start copying my DVD's and help out some friends as well thanks for all the help guys...
Oh yeah and thx for the awesome Epson printer guide thing. Worked like a charm and prints beautifully directly onto the DVD's...
man I love technology...
now if I can figure out how to legally make money off this I will be set!
