this is somthing i have always been curios about. As far as i know.. "certain" files can have subtitled added/taken out?
I have a french film in AVI format that has no english subtitles... just curios if there is a way to add them.. with out a translator and al lot of time? maybe a particular way of converting, or a certain program?
any ideas?

Yes, first you must get the sub file in english then read the guide on your left
