    I have the ikebana 2.4x dvd+rw burner and it came with aopen firwmare or whatever. It's not the ricoh 5125. I tried to update my firmware from 1.38 to 1.64 and when i downloaded the program and tried to run it, it said there is no ASPI Manager. Do i need another program to do this? because i thought i was supposed to click a drive and file. but i clicked setup and it said "No ASPI Manager"

    Any ideas?

    Download the latest Ricoh Flash program, put the Aopen 1.64FW in the same directory and flash.

    Follow the instructions!

    The 1.64 supports media info on blank disc.
    Use DVDInfoPRO for bitsetting.
