  1. Hi every1, I've been looking through the search forums 4 Optodiscs & Accu. Seen a few comments about Optodiscs dvd-r's r not that reliable, but the dvd-ram 4mat being pretty good. Just wanted 2 ask does the Accu do a 4.7 & 9.4 GB ram disc, if so r they cheaper or better quality than Opto. & does any1 know any uk websites that sell these discs. All help would be much appreciated.

    Thanks & happy burning.

I almost exclusively use Opto brand. Very low reject/bad disc ratio, and have yet to have one go south on me. I may have tried Accu in the past, but they must have been unbranded and I don't remember.

    Cheers

I have had an opto go bad on me, but its pretty rare it seems so far. I'm still on my first batch so I'm checking every disc but they seem to be great disc.

I must admit that because I was not being attentive enough to realize you were asking about RAM disc, that I was commenting on Optodisc DVD-r and not -RAM. I've never used RAM. Just wanted to make things clear.
