I just saw these at http://www.supermediastore.com
I never tried these, are they as claimed, or HYPE?
Pioneer certified?
ProDisc 2X Certified 4.7GB White Inkjet Printable DVD-R Blank Media
The ProDisc DVD-R has recently been certified from the Class A Lab. This proclaims that the quality of the DVD-R has been proven by the word-class organization.
These are printables and 2x for only $1.12 in 50 packs! This media burns at 2X with any dvd-r burners and any version of firmware including Pioneer/Cendyne DVR 104/A04, 105/A05, 106/A06, Sony DRU 500, Panasonic Combo Drive, Toshiba SDR 5002.
A lot of customers reported that the disk can only be burnt at 1X at Apple Super Drive(Pioneer 103).
Are they actually good High quality disks?
$1.12 sounds pretty cheap for printables! Anyone using Prodisks?

I had fantastic results with Prodisc - they were branded as e-Proformance, but they were extremely compatible.
They do not work on the 05, but they do on the 04 which does not need the write strategy to be on the disc.
Now they are certified they should be A1, but check with Pioneer first before you comit yourself to a large quantity.
But as I say - those e-Proformance were, and still are, one of my favourite discs. Good luck with them.
