i have a xvid.avi file with mp3 audio. I was able to extract and convert the audio to mp2 but halfway through the file the video freezes(stops) and i get a green screen. After about 3secs it starts again but this throws the audio way out. How do I fix the video, I know how to reSync the audio? Do I just cut it out with Tmpg? and have I just answered my own question??

  2. Scan the video for bad frames using virtual dub. There is a guide on this site on how to do it.
