    Can anyone help me? I have a acer system with pentium 4. I have recently installed a ati tv wonder card. After I installed the mmc 7.1 program, the screen just pop up the message "graphics chip: not ati rage pro or LT pro or more recent". I cann't open all mmc tv program.

    guess this means your video card does not support video overlay so will not work with the tv wonder.

    you should look into the video card you have and verify this - if it is true then your video card it quite old or the latest drivers are not installed or your PC came with a $10 video card to keep price low - could be a video card bios/driver update may fix it. hard to say without knowing what your video card is.
