    i just took 4 .bin files and extracted the mpeg2 out of them. i now have 4 separate mpeg files, but they wont play on my computer. what do i do?

    Do you have an MPEG2 codec installed or a DVD Player installed?
    If you don't this is your problem.

    i have divx 2.1 with the divx pro codec, i thought that was all that i needed to play this

    That will only play Divx encoded videos.

    Go to the tools section and look for an MPEG2 codec.

    I would suggest this one for the moment:

    it is free but if you want a good one you will be better to buy one.

    install powerDVD or winDVD...they both come with MPEG-2 codec
