how would u fix this audio problem, on my mpg movie the audio is 1 second faster than the video so their mouths dont movie to the words, how would i fix that so that they match

tmpgenc advanced settings->source range filter->audio skew function
audio skew allows you to tell tmpgenc to start the audio earlier or later than the video.
if you know the exact (or ballpark figure) amount of audio desync, you can enter that into audio skew and tmpgenc will start the audio earlier or later..
note: this only works if the audio is outta sync by the same amount of time throughout the movie...won't work if audio gradually gets outta sync...as that is most likely a framerate issue
