  5. unfortunately I must have technologically savvy people living in my neightborhood (suburb of Seattle) as every Walmart, Target, and even BestBuy are usually sold out whenever there are any special deals on DVD-R's!!! But lots of DVD+R sitting on the shelves...

pakman, if you live anyway near Mulketio I can understand that place and Seattle being a mad house. You'd have to camp out at the store to buy even bread somtimes. Just kidding.

Of course ,my topic was so far back you would have had to have done a major search to find the post. Yeah, it is cool to see Wal-Mart carrying DVD-Rs. I like the prices much better at Target so far though. Why pay $23.99 @ 2.39 a peice for a 10PK of Maxells when I can get a 20PK TDKs for $29.99 @ $1.50 a peice (on sale though).

Pahrump, Neveda....isn't that the home of Art Bell (sorry to interupt the thread)

Wal-mart in Halifax NS, Canada have a box of three Memorex DVD-R for $9.99. I bought about 10 boxes so far. About half of the Memorexes were made by Prodisc and the other half by Princo.....

Which is the better (Princo or Prodisc) ???

Went to 3 Walmarts, and not a -R disc in sight. One store did have two 5-packs of Maxell DVD+R discs, at $12.95 each. A few Memorex +RW discs. Nothing more.
I'm not online anymore. Ask BALDRICK, LORDSMURF or SATSTORM for help. PM's are ignored.
