This is a tricky topic, so I will be very careful as to NOT violate forum rules on Warez.
It happened recently that a friend of mine gave me a gift, that gift was a SVCD of a very recently released full length move, still in cinemas across the globe. He did not tell me what it was in advance of opening it.
Since my standalone does not play SVCD's I played it with powerdvd, on my PC. Thats when I discovered what it was.

To the question, I am not looking for any help whatsoever on how to do "this" or "that" with the film, I am just curious on the proper protocol as to what to do with this "Illegaly" obtained film. (My friend won't take it back). Do I not watch it and throw it out, or watch it quietly, not saying a word to anyone about!
Just curious as to what the forum thinks about this particular situation.
I myself neither condone or condemn P2P or Warez
    Any thoughts out there??

    Thanxs

I only copy what I either capture or DVD's that I legally purchase! Both of which the MPAA doesn't want any one to do either, hence my sig.
And I do not redistribute them on P2P.

  5. If you are really so dubious about this "illegally" obtained film, then you have the obvious choice of destroying it and buying the DVD when it comes out...
